James 1:5-16 gives the formula for outsmarting Solomon, the smartest man ever. How can we avoid his errors? We need to ask for wisdom, believe in God's love for us and believe that He wants the best for us.

1. Believe that the rules that apply to everyone else apply to you, too.

2. Believe that all the good I do will not undo the consequences of the bad I do.

3. Believe that the key to a good life is not to live harder, but to live smarter.
