What is a CBYD like?

1. A place where believers just can’t get enough of that good stuff!

“They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching, and to the fellowship, to the breaking of the bread and to the prayers.”  (Acts 2:42)

“Every day they continued to meet” (Acts 2:46)

2. A place where God’s presence is attested by signs & wonders

“Everyone was filled with awe, and many wonders and miraculous signs were done by the apostles.”  (Acts 2:43)

3. A place with a strong sense of belonging

“They devoted themselves to THE fellowship.” (Acts 2:42)

4. A place where believers are focused on meeting other believer’s needs

“They gave to anyone as he had need.”  (Acts 2:45)

“There was no needy person among them.”  (Acts 4:34)

5. A place that outsiders want to become part of

“They enjoyed the favor of all the people”  (Acts 2:47)

6. A place where God brings the growth

“And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved”  (Acts 2:47)

7. A place with real problems and real solutions
